Sean and his wife Annmarie have been together for over 26 years and have built SK Inspection Services around strong family values, trust, communication, and treating every client the way they would want their own family treated during the home-buying process.

We understand that the inspection process can feel stressful and overwhelming, which is why we focus on education, guidance, and making the process as comfortable as possible for our clients.

What sets us apart is our attention to detail and client-focused approach. We frequently inspect as a two-inspector team for increased efficiency and coverage while utilizing advanced technology including thermal imaging cameras, drones, and moisture detection equipment to help identify hidden concerns that may not be visible during a standard walkthrough.
